The program specializes in energy efficiency opportunities for multifamily properties with four or more dwelling units. The program provides a range of services that result in lower operating costs for building owners and managers and lower costs of living and increased comfort for tenants.
New Construction Design Assistance program
Planning a new building, addition, or major renovation is the best time to make energy decisions that affect long-term operating costs, system performance, and reliability. The New Construction Design Assistance program helps facilities plan efficient electric systems from the start.
Shared Savings Program
The Shared Savings program allows a utility customer to receive energy savings in advance to undertake an energy efficiency project and then repay the funding in sixty equal installments on their utility bill. In some cases, the payments are less than the energy cost savings, resulting in a positive cash flow for the utility customer.
RFP for Energy Efficiency program
The RFP for Energy Efficiency program is designed to encourage investment by large commercial and industrial utility customers in energy efficient improvements.
Efficiency Improvement Incentive
The program is designed to help business customers enhance the energy efficiency of their facilities while improving their bottom line in the process.
